This product is an eight-bladed 60 inch brushed nickel ceiling fan with gray composite blades, remote control, instruction booklet, and installation hardware. It is packaged in a brown cardboard box with a screened picture of the product and could be suitable for gifting if wrapped.

I ordered this fan for the family room in our house, which is a large room with a stepped ceiling. In the winter, the natural gas fireplace puts off a fair amount of heat, but the heat rises up through the staircase into the loft and the family room remains cool. This product was a perfect solution to keeping the warmth from the hearth in the family room with a gentle downward air motion from the lowest setting on the eight bladed fan. I think it is important to mention eight blades not only look sharp, but as the title of this review says, they move the air. In this case they move the right amount of air without noise, which is important because the family room is also the TV room and the pop-up home theater.

The 10 foot height of the ceiling made installation of this fan interesting. We have only one stepladder tall enough, and I opted to install the motor before installing the blades due to the fact I would be working alone. In the end everything worked out fine, and I am glad I took the route that I did, although installing eight blades on the top of the stepladder was tedious.

Like some other reviewers, my room is set up with two wall switches, one for the fan and one for the fan’s light. Unfortunately this fan does not have a direct wire option and so the best I could do was put a switch protector on the wall fan switch and use the remote for all fan functions.

In summary, this is an attractive product when installed and it is effective as well. It is quiet, the blades are balanced, and it works great. I am glad I ordered it.

The light that comes with the fan is also a highlight. It is bright enough and can be used as the main light source or as a Boer light. With the light and fan on at night, the whole space is particularly comfortable. The remote control function is so convenient that you can adjust the wind speed and light without getting up, especially when drinking tea or having a small gathering on the drawer. It is done with one click and is comfortable. There is almost no noise during operation, even at the highest wind speed, it is still very quiet and will not disturb chatting and resting. This fan is also very suitable for outdoor use. The moisture-proof and rust-proof design makes it perform particularly well in this Bluetooth environment, and there is no need to worry about damage due to weather problems.

This is good for any shop or warehouse. But in our case, as a shop fan. It's a balance of good looks and power. With 72 inches, it really pushes air throughout the room. But unlike some of the other bigger shop ceiling fans that I've seen or installed before, this one actually has a light. It's the right fan for the right job. So if you need a ceiling fan for your workshop, start off with this one.

I had a small ceiling fan in my fairly large living room. I replaced it with this fan trying to get some better air circulation. I love this fan and it moves plenty of air. It looks great and works great.
