The fan is beautiful and works fantastic. The only disappointment is batteries were not added for the remote control.
You would think if you by a product over 100 dollars the least the manufacture could do is include the batteries.
Very well packed for delivery
We bought this for our back porch of our Florida condo. It took a while to install and since we don’t live there full time, find out the light blinks/strobes when fan is on.
Had our electrician check it and there is no fix. And of course Amazon warrantee is out and the maker VAGIZM has not responded to our emails.
So, save your money…this is a piece of junk that Amazon has cut loose and the VAGIZM Co. won’t honor requests!
Nous avons un toit en pente de plus de 30 degrés nous avons été obligés de faire un bloc de plus ou moins 18 degrés pour compenser le manque à gagner (12 degrés environ pour la possibilité du ventilateur). Mise à part ?a il se batit très bien Bonne explication sur le code QR vidéo Ce que je recherchais c’était un mode silencieux. Très satisfaite.
I bought this ceiling fan for my bedroom. At first it seemed overly large and I contacted the manufacturer. They sent me a short rod and there were some mailing issues, but I eventually received it. The seller was patient and polite. With the short rod, the fan is an order of magnitude more compact. This is my first time installing a ceiling fan, so it took a couple hours to assemble. But in the end I am satisfied. It looks very stylish, has many speeds, reverse and yet it is, as the manufacturer claimed, very quiet. All in all it's as close to what I wanted in a ceiling fan as possible, especially for the price. Thank you!
